Project # 2: OLD WORLD FEEL
This 1993 home was lacking some serious architectural interest! After all the pink walls, bows, and roses were gone, interior design was our focus. The step-in pantry was removed, and the fridge relocated, so we could give this kitchen some drama. The brick build-out at the range creates an old-world feel, while the white cabinets, quartz countertops, and marble backsplash bring in the new. The custom blue island adds character, while the mixing of metals and textures add to the space. With the mirrored build-out opposite the kitchen, this home finally has the presence it deserves!

Project # 3: CHERRY CABINETRY
This outdated, tightly compartmentalized 1980’s kitchen with a peninsula, falling-apart cabinets and a poor appliance layout was a cook’s nightmare! Re-configuring the kitchen layout opened the space to allow for an island and a beverage center where guests can gather, rather than under the cook’s feet. The new appliance package provides increased functionality and safety. This cook was also excited about her new cabinets which included many storage accessories that make cooking a pleasure. This kitchen is now an entertaining space that invites everyone to enjoy good food, good friends and good company!
Project #4: LIGHTEN UP
Transforming this tiny kitchen into a large open space gave our clients the entertaining kitchen they desired. The light gray cabinets on the perimeter complimented by a dark island and marbled quartz countertops created a classic combination. Added features like the frosted glass in the upper cabinets, under-cabinet lighting, pendants over the island and LED toe-kick lighting, are guaranteed to wow their guests! The finishing details like the luxury vinyl planks on the floor and over-sized gray subway backsplash tied it all together. Marrying function and aesthetic, we were able to give our clients the home upgrade of their dreams!

Project # 5: YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS UP
We recently renovated a home that initially left our crew in shock. The previous homeowner was unable to walk upstairs where the home’s bathroom was located and found it easiest at the time to install a new toilet and shower downstairs, right in the middle of the kitchen. With much of the home’s original structure not built to code, the team had their work cut out for them. We reinforced the ceilings and floor, upgraded the electrical and plumbing, and was able to create a beautiful kitchen that was inviting, suitable for entertaining, and toilet-free.

Project #6: THREE BEAMS
From a dead-end kitchen closed off to the living space, to an open, beautiful and incredibly functional kitchen, our clients got the renovation of their dreams! Taking into consideration our clients wants and needs, we offered them a solution that incorporated function and aesthetic. By removing the peninsula and creating a large island, this allows them to better engage with their family and guests in the great room. Solving a unique lighting issue, we added three beams and suspended chandeliers from them to keep the architectural integrity of the ceiling. All in all, this project was a huge success!

Project #7: BRIGHT BEAUTY - People's Choice Award Winner!
This breathtaking project was an incredible collaboration. The entertainment areas had sweeping views but a poorly positioned fireplace needed relocation. The client added efficiency with an island topped with Caesarstone quartz.
We matched and refinished existing flooring and worked with another partner who provided millwork and doors. There is now a custom hood vent and coffee/wine hutch with alder top. Custom cabinetry features pull-outs and appliance garages. All new appliances are sleek and efficient. The lighting was updated and we added new pendant lighting over the island. Custom made tile in sea green provides daring color. This home is ready for entertaining!

Project #8: FLOWING FUNCTIONALITY
The homeowners needed a makeover that would give them a floor plan with a better flow. Before, when you walked into the front door you had to walk though an odd walkway, passing the laundry room, to get into the kitchen. We removed the walls for the awkward walkway and squared off the laundry room, allowing better access into the kitchen. We also pushed the kitchen into the oversized garage, adding 90 square feet onto the kitchen space. This allowed them for a better flowing floor plan and a bigger space for cooking and family time.

Project #9: KITCHEN + DOG NOOK
The owners of this 1956 lakefront home had little love for their dated kitchen. High on the priority list was room for cooking and entertaining while enjoy the view, so great thought was put into the reconfigured kitchen that would function for cooking and entertaining, with large windows and bright open spaces. Custom details like a dog nook, beautiful built-ins in the dining area and a wet bar elevate this space to truly extraordinary. This kitchen masterfully serves the needs of its owners, giving them a space to enjoy cooking, entertaining and the view!

Project #10: GATHERING SPACE
Our homeowners’ goal was to create a comfortable entertaining area for their family gatherings. The awkwardly cramped kitchen was given space and a new layout. The wall between the front sitting room and kitchen was removed. Hardwood flooring was installed. The custom hood was created by utilizing left over flooring material. The sink was relocated to the exterior wall and an island was installed. The existing built in cabinetry was restored. Our homeowners and their family enjoy the new gathering space and our crew is proud of their workmanship in this century old home.
